ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICY
- We accept Wire Transfer / UPI payments only.
- After placing your order, complete the payment using the QR Code provided. You may also contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
- Note: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Delivery usually takes 6–12 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your area and courier availability.
COD INFORMATION
Partial COD is currently available only in Kohima with a 20% advance payment.
The remaining 80% must be paid at the time of delivery.
Orders outside Kohima are accepted on a prepaid basis only.
Full COD service will be available soon across more locations.
